The beginning of summer also represents the very awaited season of TV premieres. For those of us less fortunate living outside US time zone we know what it’s like to feel the excruciating pain of waiting another day for THAT new season to premier. 

You’ll be wondering why I started today. The truth is I’ve been going through a- very brief but intense- grieving period after the season’s finales of Revenge, The Following, The Vampire Diaries, Kim and Kourtney, and for those of you that know me I could be going on forever. The truth is that I’m a confessed addict for TV series. And thank God most of them are coming back in a few weeks and, more importantly- and the reason why I’m writing this TODAY- TOMORROW (yes, you heard it, tomorrow) we, the not so privileged half of the world, will be able to enjoy the new episode of season 4 of Masterchef US. (Premieres Wednesday, May 22, 2013 in the US) I’m totally obsessed with this show and please do not worry if you suffer from typical side effects such as: irrational crying and competitiveness, increase in adrenaline through pressure tests and feeling stupidly motivated to try that new Masterchef dish you just “learnt” in the last episode. I’m currently following the first season of Masterchef ES (that is Spain), and I’m lucky enough to be able to watch it live streaming online.

To make a really long story short I’ll just provide you with the list of this summer’s premier dates of my favorite US shows. Remember all these dates refer to US only! That means in Europe will get to see it a day later.

Sunday, June 2^nd

Keeping Up With The Kardashians- Season 8 (E!). YES! It’s finally here, you’ll get to see a pregnant Kim and- drum role please- Brody Jenner is joining the cast! Finally some reaaal hottie action!

 Wow Khloe, watch those effs!

The Killing- Season 3 (AMC). AMC have finally decided to bring back their hit series. Can’t wait to see what detectives Linden and Holder have in store for us and what secrets will be revealed in this new season.

Teen Wolf- Season 3 (MTV). Teenage hotness action is back! Can’t even remember were we left it at, but very excited for this premiere. Missed you Tyler Posey.

Pretty Little Liars- Season 4 (ABC). OMG, I can’t believe it’s coming back. After a breathtaking finale these girls are coming back for some action and some new pretty little lies!

Suits- Season 3 (USA) In spite of having given the first couple episodes a chance, I’m not quite obsessed with this one… YET. But I’ll keep it to inform my boy (I’m pretty sure I’ll have to remind him though).

Breaking Bad- final half season (AMC). Fran’s new favorite. Had to have it too.

Excited? Me too! I’m thinking of doing a post on the NEW and upcoming summer premieres. There’s definitely some interesting new options to choose from.

Hi, I’m Maria, and I’m a blog addict.

So, as you might have noticed this is my first “real blog” post and I couldn’t be more excited!

I have no idea how I’m supposed to start this things, so I guess I’ll just begin by introduce myself. My name is Maria, born in Portugal and raised between that beautiful country and its cousin Spain. I’ve been lucky enough to have had the best of both worlds and to be living in the UK now. It’s my second year here, I live in Lancaster where I study and, you know in spite of the weather, I absolutely LOVE it here. Living on my own has given me such a different perspective thay I chose to share it!

Any sports?
Been playing volleyball since I can remember and I became a cheerleader last year, and fell in love with it. I ski in the winter and have recently become a sucker for the gym and- you might wanna sit down for this…- I’m a Tone It Up! Girl now!!! Haha and couldn’t be more excited! For those of you who know TIU I’ve just started Bikini Series but I wanna get on the Nutrition Plan! I just LOVE it! Interests/passions?
I loooove music- I know it sounds like one big cliche but trust me I do. You can follow me on Spotify here .
I became addicted to blogs last year and I started using tumblr and I have 2 other blogs: all-foodporn-blog and one with my favourite boy (I’ll get to this now). I’m also addicted to sugar and shopping and random stuff on the Internet, and movies- I love movies. Cooking has become one of my hobbies lately and my passion has to be family, friends and TRAVELING!

In a relationship?
Oh yes! Haha and proud! He’s my favourite person and I hope he sticks around! (If you’re reading this, please stick around!!) We’re in a long distance relationship and tumblr is just our way to share great stuff.
